Margaret Stolmack is the founder of Exceptional Talent and creator of the Metisoma Method. Based on Australia’s Gold Coast, she works with clients worldwide through online coaching.

For more than thirty years, I’ve helped leaders and professionals make difficult decisions and change direction. My background spans school leadership, executive coaching and teaching the Alexander Technique. I founded the Stolmack Group, a coaching network across Australia and Asia, and wrote Coach Yourself.
I bring that experience together in the Metisoma Method so you can make progress in your own life.
We start with what needs to change now. We work through the decisions in front of you, prepare for the conversations and challenges ahead, and agree a practical next step from your first session.
The preparation helps you carry your decisions through: speak clearly, hold your ground and approach unfamiliar situations with greater confidence. As you act, we review what happens and work through whatever needs attention next.
